The Chapel House is a superbly comfortable self catering holiday home in a unique setting in rural Perthshire. In the original 19th century building is the entrance hall and galley-style kitchen, with its stained glass window. The dining room features original panelling and tiling and has patio doors leading to a private sitting area and enclosed garden. The sitting room, ground floor bedroom, upper floor double bedroom and second bathroom are in the architect-designed modern extension. The twin bedroom may be convered to a double 6" zip and link bed, with an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and tiled floor, this an ideal ground floor room and easy for those with limited mobility.

Ground floor:
Kitchen - fully fitted and galley-style with a feature stained glass window. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob, dishwasher and washer/drier, microwave, and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware and kitchen appliances.
Dining room — originally the corridor that attached the mansion house to the chapel and members of the household would have walked this way to services. The floor has some original tiling and is wood panelled on one side, and has modern patio doors that open onto a small paved area with seating and barbecue.
The Chapel House has a large enclosed garden with views to the south and west.
Sitting room - a spacious and modern sitting room with colour television with Freeview TV, hi-fi, radio, reading matter and board games. There are a series of pictures of the 1860's mansion house and the interior of the chapel throughout the house. There is a large cupboard, useful for storing the cot and high chair as well as bedding for the sofa bed which may be used from time to time.
Bedroom - twin (or king-sized double) beds and a large built in wardrobe make this an ideal ground floor room. The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath and tiled floor.
First floor:
Bedroom — from a small hall, the staircase leads to an upper bedroom with king size double bed. This is a zip and link bed and may be converted to 2 single beds on request.
Bathroom - situated a few steps from the bedroom, the bathroom has a tiled floor and a shower over the bath.
Guests are provided with 3 towels per person - bath, hand and face as well as a supply of shower gel, herbal bath and hand wash.
Broadband Internet access is available in the Duncrub Holidays office by arrangement.
The Chapel House is available for short breaks or weekly lets.
